Sixth and seventh graders will be completing first drafts of their summary writing compositions. Eighth graders will do the same for their descriptive writing.
All groups have Sitton Unit 5 skill sheets due Monday and assessments Tuesday.
In grammar sixth graders will be studying prepositions and prepositional phrases, and seventh graders will be reviewing correct placement of apostrophes in possessive nouns. Eighth graders will begin a unit on sentence diagraming as a comprehensive review of all aspects of English syntax.
*Eighth graders remember pizza orders are due October 10.*
